Mumbai, IndiaThis is my third story. A big thank you and a hug to all those who posts stories on this site. They are a source of inspiration and a constant support during the low times.
I keep asking for things to confirm my faith in law of attraction. Its amazing how things come to you only if you ask and then allow it to come.
Few days ago I asked for a lotus flower. I asked that it be given to me; and that it should be a white lotus. I kept seeing the flower after that; in the newspaper; on the Television. I thanked the universe but said I wanted someone to give me that Lotus.
What happened today was simply amazing. I was studying for an exam, when Dad’s friend came to meet him. Dad told me that this friend of his took classes of meditation. He started talking to me about how his philosophy was based on ancient Indian scriptures. But what he told me was the same as what is told in law of attraction. He said he would teach me a technique of meditation called Sahaja yoga. He handed me his pendrive and asked me to download it on my laptop. I opened the folder and the first thing I saw was the thousand petaled lotus. Apparently The sahasara chakra which is present in the forehead between the eyebrows is also called thousand petaled lotus. He also taught me the technique of opening all the seven chakras. And all the while I was getting goosebumps and a voice inside me kept saying: That’s the lotus you were asking for!!! Got a huge smile on my face right now 🙂
P.S. This is what I found in Wikipedia. The universe could not get more specific regarding my desire.
Sahasrara, which means 1000 petaled lotus, is generally considered to be the chakra of pure consciousness, within which there is neither object nor subject. When the female kundalini Shakti energy rises to this point, it unites with the male Shiva energy, and a state of liberating samadhi is attained. Symbolized by a lotus with one thousand multi-coloured petals, it is located either at the crown of the head, or above the crown of the head. Sahasrara is represented by the colour white and it involves such issues as inner wisdom and the death of the body.
