Okay, so when I first heard about The Secret, I was quite skeptical. I listened to the audio book and watched the DVD. I found it difficult to overcome the negative thoughts that I was having about my financial situation. I just kept checking my account and seeing no money.

Well, I was behind on my car payment and just wished I was caught up and that I had money to go out with a group of friends. I decided to ask for the money to go out with friends… I just kept thinking about finding $20.

My Car loan is through another bank. I decided to go to that bank today to see how far behind I was on my loan. I had recently started to deposit $200 from each check into that account automatically. I walked in feeling really positive about life. I found out that not only is my account up to date, but I had an extra $200 that I didn’t even expect. All those things seemed too coincidental. However as I was walking out of the bank, I crossed the street and sat on the bench thinking about how great I felt. I was text messaging a friend about my good fortune, looked down, and found $20.

After that I just started saying thank you. I feel so great! I just called the friend that recommended the book and she had gotten her dream car that she had wished for. It was just a great day all the way around. I truly believe now and can’t wait to start asking for all the things I want.
