Welcoming Feeling Unwell.
I am so grateful for Rhonda. I am so grateful for The Secret team. I am so grateful for all the wonderful teachers in The Greatest Secret who have guided me further on my journey back home.
A couple of days ago I started to feel really dizzy and incredibly tired. I went to bed early as I thought sleep would be the best remedy. In the morning I woke up and still felt unwell. As I was sitting on my sofa I started to welcome the feeling of being unwell, welcoming it without trying to change it, control it, fix it or understand it. Then welcoming any sense of it being personal, me, my, or mine. Then I welcomed releasing it. I did this 3 times and repeated it throughout the day. I also said the ‘Health Affirmations’ that Rhonda shared in her Live Q & A, which were so empowering.
It is 2 days later and I am almost back to feeling completely well again! I will continue these affirmations every day and continue to release things until I feel completely better.
