I am a girl aged 16, and once was worried about my weight.
I was not that fat but compared to the upper part of the body, the lower part was chubby.
I was not in favor of that so I decided to go on a diet. However, after I read The Secret, I got to know that I don’t have to reduce the amount of food or to exercise too much. All I needed was just to believe.
Every night before I went to bed, I told myself, “My weight is perfect! I mean, really perfect!”
Also, I got some exercise: 20minutes a day.
I simply walked for 20 minutes and thought it was the most effective way to lose my weight. After all, it really comes true.
My body, especially the lower part of the body, became in shape.
