Weight Loss with Ease

For the last 10 years or so I have struggled with losing the excess weight put on after the birth of my second child. I tried numerous diets, exercise programs and anything else I thought would get it off.
After reading The Secret last year I decided instead of focusing on the weight I had to lose, I would focus on the weight I wanted to be, as Rhonda suggests. I put on my visualisation board, “I will never be big again” and cut out my ideal weight of 52Kg and stuck it up there. I pictured myself wearing the clothes that I loved, not the clothes that covered up all those problem areas. And focused on feeling fit and healthy. Then, pretty much forgot about it and just ate when I was hungry and whatever I felt like.
Soon after that, I started in a new job. I am a nurse and during my shift, I am on my feet constantly, and walking from wing to wing of our facility. And you guessed it, the weight dropped off effortlessly. Without restricting my diet or killer exercise programs. I am now at around 57kg. I know it is not 52kg but I have already lost 12kg and look fabulous:) I know that I will reach my goal weight, but even if i didn’t I feel so wonderful where I am.
Recently we went on a camping holiday that we do annually. And people there had not seen me for 12 months. I received so many compliments from people about how great I looked and often was being asked what my secret was!! I now wear the clothes that I love and make me feel young and vibrant.
And I no longer feel like the frumpy mum that I knew I wasn’t.
I’m proud of my new body, and I know I will never be big again:)
