I ran across a lady that informed me about an amazing book she read called The Secret. I am not much of a book reader but something inside of me told me to check it out and I am so glad and so thankful I did.

The Secret has changed my life and continuing to change me life in many ways. The Secret is not all about getting things for yourself but overall making you a better person and learning how to appreciate everything that you have and everyone that you have.

The first thing I knew I wanted was to meet the man of my dreams! The person that is my soul mate and the person that I am going to share the rest of my life with. I recently ended a previous relationship because I felt I deserved better. I took time to work on myself and my career.

One of my financial goals was to obtain a least $10,000.00. I worked part-time at a bank and sold real estate. This was my first year as a young realtor and I knew it would be a bit tough in the beginning to get started but I remained hopeful and was willing to put the work in. My goal was to close on 4 homes for my first year.

As the year past along, I sold my first home! It was extremely exciting and made me have a lot more motivation for the others. At that time I had gone on a couple dates but still had not felt the connection I was looking for. To sum up a long story, my friend and I decided to have lunch with some of her friends and I wasn’t feeling well and was not up for going out that night, but something told me to go. That night, I met the guy that I plan to spend the rest of my life with. The connection was there and felt like the Universe was giving me the thumbs up!

Today we are steadily dating and plan to move in together really soon. I also sold 4 homes and have managed to have more than $10,000.00. I actually have achieved $13,000.00 and received a promotion at the bank! I have received everything I ask for in the year 2015 and can’t wait to see what 2016 brings !

There were days I would get discouraged but I tried my best to remain positive. Every time I would get negative, I would replace it with 5 other positive thoughts! I read other people’s stories to stay motivated and now I am writing my own! I hope my story helps someone.
