Visualize And Realize It Works!

Surprise, AZI'm a Christian Realtor in Arizona. 30 and single. Arizona native.
My story is a simple yet powerful one.
I first discovered The Secret in 2007 and it instantly began to work for me. I got the job of my dreams and everything worked out. Some people might call it a coincidence.
Last week, however, a traumatic event happened in my life. I had left town for my grandmother’s funeral and left my miniature dachshund, Lilly, with a friend. When I returned home on Sunday night she was gone. My friend said Lilly was here when he left last, but she was gone when I got home. The house was secure, the gate was closed and I live in an area with a high coyote population.
My neighbors and friends were all starting to prepare me for the worst. “Holly you may never know what happened.” “She probably got eaten by a coyote.” “Somebody probably found her and has decided to keep her.”
I didn’t give up hope.
For four days I posted on the internet, over 500 people shared my status on Facebook, I posted over 30 flyers in my neighborhood, went to door to door, and left my back gate open with a large rock in the off chance she found her way home. I even went to both animal shelter’s two days in a row to look for my 10 lb, 8 year old pride and joy. A piece of me was missing, I couldn’t focus on work, I could barely do anything other than search.
Wednesday morning, 4 days since she was last seen, I hand wrote on an envelope laying on my counter: Lilly Huntimer, and then our address, and then below that I wrote “I am so happy and grateful that Lilly returned home safe and sound.”
After completing my usual routine of checking Facebook and all of the e-lists and shelter photos, I finally went to bed at 11 pm Wednesday night.
At 11:58 pm something jumped on my bed. I jumped up and turned on the light and sure enough my Lilly had come home!
Through the gate, through the dog door, and on to my bed. I thought I was dreaming and started calling people. Finally at 3 AM I settled down and we went back to bed.
I took her to the vet the next day and had her checked out. She was missing her collar when she returned and has a few scratches and a patch of hair missing, but the vet says she doesn’t look like she was in a fight, but maybe got scraped up by a tree.
To last 4 days in the desert, with coyotes and cars and come home safe is a miracle!!
The power of positive thinking, prayer, and my grandmother helped guide my dog home.
Thank you!! I’m so happy and grateful that The Secret came in to my life.
