I am a person who has been learning about the LOA for some time. I am still learning to be a better user! This is the third time I am writing one of my stories on this website. I am delighted to share two more of my stories here with all of you about my increase in salary.

My first story:
I had completed 2 degrees in my life. Since October 2019, I had been working at a local university as part-time staff related to my first degree. I was also working on personal research for my second degree. That was why I opted to work part-time at that time, as more of my time could be used doing my personal research. I was planning to attend an academic seminar in a foreign country in early 2020.

In early 2020, I wondered how I could increase my salary. I hesitated to switch to a full-time job as I wanted to reserve more time for my research project. Then I simply forgot all about the thought.

Later, there was an outbreak of COIVD-19 globally. The academic seminar was postponed to a year later. Soon after the news of the postponement, some of my coworkers invited me to become a full-time staff member. As I no longer needed to travel overseas for the academic seminar, I accepted the job invitation. Working as a full-time staff member always gives you more salary than that of a part-time staff member! You might argue that I could have simply applied for other jobs for a salary increase. The point here though was that I did nothing but the opportunity came to me anyway! It was the power of the Universe!

My second story:
Currently, I have been working here as a full-time staff member for the last year and a half. Six months ago it was time for my contract to renew. According to the policies of the university, during the outbreak of COVID-19, there would be no salary increases for any staff members. Nonetheless, my boss claimed that a performance review could be done for me to increase my salary. I am the only member who received such an opportunity on our team, the only member who could get an increase in salary. We had to wait for the announcement from the university for the start time for the performance review. In early September of 2021, staff from the Human Resource Department claimed that no such performance review would be done from 2020 to 2021. When I heard about the news, I felt sad. I thought that I was not going to get an increase in my salary. But after 2 days of sadness about it I resumed my usual good mood. I was focusing on my work and I stopped thinking about the salary.

Towards the end of September 2021, my boss suddenly told me that the performance review was just announced by the university! Oh, I could not believe my ears! Within that month there was such a dramatic change! It was the power of the Universe again!

For both of my stories, my wishes came true after I let them go. I made my wishes without any effort, let them go, and then everything fell into place. Miracles!
