Trust The Process.
Hello everyone, I am here just to talk about how The Secret helped me out.
So I knew about The Secret since 2016. I watched it on Netflix and then came across the book. I read it for a few days and that was pretty much it. So I knew anytime I needed something to come my way, I would ask the Universe. I knew the law of attraction was real, so when I would have negative thoughts, I would always try to flip them around to positive thoughts.
So fast forward to 2018, I had been having a really good life, a good job, boyfriend, good relationships with my family, etc. But one day out of nowhere, I started to have panic attacks. I was very scared for me and my health. I cried out to my mom, my boyfriend, anyone, so they could help me comprehend what was going on. But nobody could help me. I felt like my negative thoughts were over coming me and taking over my mind and my life. I couldn’t stop crying. it was just so horrible. I contacted a psychologist, but honestly, it didn’t help. I wanted to end it all. I was screaming out for help to the Universe.
Then one day my sister texted me asking me how I was feeling, I had told her I was feeling “OK” and she hit me with “Remember what The Secret taught us”. That’s when it clicked. That same day I went to my house picked up The Secret off my shelf and started reading it. But this time I actually paid attention to every single word that I was reading.
I started sending out positive thoughts to the Universe, asking to get my mental health and physical health back on track.
Since then I have been feeling so much better! I’m not having negative thoughts and my panic attacks and anxiety has declined by 95%. I feel like I’m going back to who I used to be. I am giving gratitude every day for this change and for everything in my life.
I promise, it really does work. You just have to feel those positive thoughts.
