Toned Body In A Couple Of Weeks.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, Rhonda, for starting this movement with all of us. I am grateful to all the folks here who have taken time to write and inspire a lot of people like me. I actually start my day with the stories posted here. The stories posted in the health section are really inspiring and of course, special thanks to the team that sorts the stories and posts them online.
Well like most girls I wanted to ‘lose weight’ so I started reading every story posted here on the subject. Then as I went on reading more stories and re-reading Rhonda’s take on weight, I realized I needed to change the direction of my thought from focusing for a perfect weight. I realized that weight was not what I actually wanted, I wished for a toned body. Being a mother of a 2 year old, it is difficult to find time to exercise.
In an effort to reach my goal I started saying, “I love my flat tummy, thank you, thank you, thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you for my toned thighs. I am grateful for my toned body, thank you, thank you, thank you!”.
I was really new to the whole concept of actually feeling and visualization but with practice, I actually started really feeling it! And like one of the guys here who said, if you can’t feel it, say it loud, I did and it worked for me.
Now I am really proud to share that I have a completely toned body with a perfect figure! I got my results in just a few weeks! I am so very happy and grateful to share this experience here.
