To think is to create
About two years ago I attended a seminar and learned a lot about being positive, what you sow is what you reap, that we are all connected, etc. And I know I was moving forward, but after watching The Secret I never thought I would move forward so fast. I am able to apply easily and understand clearly what I have learned in the past through watching The Secret.
One day, out of my knowledge my 3 year-old niece played with my cell phone and she dropped it. As I looked at her she looked scared, and I avoided getting angry with her because I know that no matter what happened, she is worth more than my cell phone. I took my cell phone and as I opened it the screen appeared to be faded and darkened. I told my niece not to play again with anything that she doesn’t know how to use yet, and when she grows up she’ll buy it herself. And I hugged and kissed her.
I said to myself that, “My cell phone will return to its normal function, even though the screen is faded and darkened every time I open it.” I told myself, “It just needs an overnight sleep and tomorrow it will be okay.” The next morning it was still the same, but I keep on believing. A thought once came to mind, “Just bring it to a technician and let him fix it… you know some things really take action to make it happen.” But I stayed away from that thought because I’m thinking how much I would pay to the technician to fix my phone. Instead I keep on thinking that my cell phone will return to its normal function.
After 3 days my sister offered to bring my phone to a technician, but when she returned home my cell phone wasn’t fixed yet because the technician gave her a possible cost of around P1,500 – P2,000 if he fixes it (around $45). I still never lost hope that it will be okay. And never had a worry in my mind, just believing.
The night after that I was holding my phone and keep on turning it on and off for several minutes with the hope to see it function as normal. After a few minutes, guess what? My cell phone becomes clear. It appeared as normal, and fixed itself. I never did anything aside from turning it on and off and believing that it will return to its normal state. I know that it happened because of the law of attraction. I stayed away from what I didn’t want and focused on what I wanted, which was to see my cell phone functioning normally without paying high to a technician. It’s really amazing. I call it little great thing.
I keep on applying the law of attraction in small and big things. Thanks a lot. My wish now is that there would be a Tagalog version of The Secret, because even though the Philippines uses English as a second language, some Filipinos don’t understand English fully, especially those who have not graduated and those who did not go to school. Every word from The Secret is really powerful, from the beginning to the end of the program. I keep on watching it almost every day.
Thank you so much!
