I was introduced to The Secret about a year ago and ever since things have been happening to me which are inexplicable, good and bad things.

I realized that the bad things were happening because I’ve always feared about them coming true and they did. Once you master the skill of shrugging off fears and changing negative thoughts into positive ones, you’ll have this mastered.

I met someone and while we were good at the start he changed and bad things started happening frequently between us. One day I was sat at home and just thought to myself why is our relationship like this when I have the power to change it. I couldn’t understand why I was choosing to be upset about this when I could just be happy. So I started to visualize our relationship exactly how I wanted it to be and I pictured things I’d say to him and do with him. Within two weeks I was acting out my thoughts and in the moment of doing them, I was thinking ‘this stuff really works.’

Relationships aren’t the only thing this has helped me with. I’m a student and I was failing quite badly. Now I just imagine myself doing well and becoming successful and it all feels a lot easier and less stressful. I’m happy.

I have been looking for a job for a few years. I now have the perfect job, it’s unreal. The people I work with are amazing and the ones that aren’t are either in a different department of they’ve left. I just want to help anyone that thinks they’ve been using The Secret and they haven’t seen results. If you keep thinking no results yet, you’ll get no results. You need to wake up and live your day as though you have exactly what you want. You’ll come across opportunities that you never would have seen otherwise, I promise you. Obviously there are times when I think I should just give up but then I realize how badly I want change and I alter my thoughts straight away.

If you really want something you can have it, just let yourself have it, it’s as simple as that. Last night the most impossible thing happened for me and I’m now more inspired than ever.
