Thinking Positive Works!

India,MumbaiI am a post graduate Finance student from Patkar college, Mumbai. I am currently into the fitness world as that is what I love. It is totally different from my educational background.
During my schooling years, I was not good in my studies. I was more into sports. My score in studies always used to be below the passing marks. One day my tutor teacher showed me a movie that was called ‘The Secret’. At that time I was not really much interested and I did not believe in it. She used to do meditations so that I would start improving.
Then during my SSC I thought of giving it a try. I started saying to myself that I am among those distinction students.
And you will not believe it but I scored 76% in SSC which was unbelievable for me! My parents were so happy. Thank you, thank you, thank you
Later in HSC, I was working hard and I started to write on my drawer door ”I have scored 85% and I am the topper of my class”. When the results were out, I was on top of the world! I had scored 83% and I was the topper in my class, the topper in all my subjects, and also the topper on the college list!! Thank you, thank you, thank you
Everyone was shocked and thinking that the girl who was so dumb in her studies scored so good in her marks! Then, later on, I started scoring really well every year. Thank you, thank you, thank you
I was more into the sports field, so whenever I used to have my tournaments, I used to keep telling myself that “I am the winner and the gold medal is mine”. And now I have many gold medals around my neck! Thank you, thank you, thank you
During that period of time, I got a call from one of the best directors, Neeraj Pandey and Shivam Nair, for a movie. There were many competitors and I was literally scared to give an audition. But still, I kept saying this to myself “This is my day, I am playing the role against the main lead role, Taapsee Pannu”.
There were many ups and downs and during the audition, I had to hit a girl very hard and there were bruises on her face afterward! The Director of the film told me to sit on the side and I was scared. Everyone told me that I would not get selected and that I was going to be disqualified. But still, I was firm in my belief anyway.
After 3 days I got a call saying I had been selected for the film and my role was to play against Taapsee Pannu! And once again it proved that staying positive always works. Thank you, thank you, thank you
When the movie was released, Naam Shabana and I were in the movie and I made everyone proud. I made myself proud.
I am happy and I have many more things to achieve. Love and gratitude to all. And special thanks to my teacher Vandana Miss. If she had not shown me The Secret movie and motivated me then I would never have been so successful in my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you to my teacher!
