Thank you, thank you, thank you, Universe, for giving me all that I wish.

Like many others, I wanted a good job, a very good salary package, a specific location, a job that was a walkable distance from the station with flexible login hours and for it to be a permanent position.

I applied for a job that ticked all my requirements. I was very happy that the LOA was working for me and I was going to get the job. I performed well in the interview, but in my mind, I thought that I could have sounded a bit more technical.

After 2 days, just as I had been thinking or ‘wished’, I received feedback that I performed well but they are looking for someone with a bit more technical skills. I was not upset as I realized that the LOA was working.

A month had passed and while I was looking for jobs, I noticed that the same position was still vacant. Immediately I called the recruiter and explained to him that I had attended an interview a month ago and I was very interested in this position. He said would talk to the HR Manager and would reply back to me within a week. I visualized a positive response!

This time I rocked in the interview. The interviewer was impressed with my quick and clear responses to his questions. Everything went well and I got an offer letter with all my requirements. And, just as I had also wished, I am joining on my Birthday!
