First and foremost I want to thank Rhonda Byrne, the entire team of The Secret and all the wonderful people who share their valuable experiences here in this site.

I first read The Secret in 2014 and since then I have practiced the law of attraction and manifested many things. Things like window seats on a bus while traveling, a phone call from a relative or friend, a movie that I had wanted to watch for a long time was suddenly played on TV, and so on. But they were not very remarkable things, like things that would blow my mind. At that time I thought it was only possible for me to attract such smaller things.

Then on November 13 last year, I saw an advertisement in our newspaper about a short story competition named “The Jeffrey Archer Challenge” where the participants were required to write a story in exactly one hundred words. It was mentioned that the winner would get the latest book by Lord Jeffrey titled “Tell Tale”, as well as other exciting gifts.

Now I was never into writing that much. I never wrote in any newspaper or magazine but I thought of taking part in the contest. I wrote a story to the best of my efforts and modified it until I was fully satisfied myself, and then I sent it. Then, like a game, I started visualizing myself as the winner of the competition. I started to get the feeling of how I would feel if I became the winner. I started visualizing the book “Tell Tale” in my hands, feeling its cover and seeing the cover picture through my mind’s eye and thanking the Universe.

On 30th November, the results were announced in the newspaper and guess what?! I was the winner of the challenge! Out of one hundred and ninety one entries sent in by the participants, only three were chosen by the newspaper staff and forwarded to Lord Jeffrey Archer for picking the winner. He selected my story as his favorite and hence I was the winner. I could not believe it that the Universe responded so well. The next day I got the prize. It was a set of five books by the writer himself including Tell Tale! I got goosebumps holding it!

So from my personal experience I would request everyone to try the law of attraction. You won’t leave it when you get the results! Thanks for reading my story.
