My best friend Liam told me about The Secret around 5 months ago. He showed me the film to which I loved and kept replaying because I loved the concept of getting everything you ever wanted just basically by thinking about it!

I wanted to test this out for myself. I have always wanted to go skiing or snowboarding because it just looked so amazing. I envisioned myself going every night for weeks and even got a friend who has been going for years to tell me about the experience so i could invision it more easily. What do you know, our school decided it wants to go on a skiing trip to California and I just had to go. In The Power and The Secret it says to never miss out on an opportunity, so I begged my parents, and they said yes!

I was so happy about this but because the trip costs around £1600 I wasn’t able to get any spending money. I would have to get that myself they said, which is fair enough. I am just so grateful they let me go. So I needed money. I set out to try and get a paper round because I’m not old enough for a proper job but no where was hiring. I remembered that it said in The Secret that if you believe it will come to you, then it will. You don’t need to know how it just will. So me and Liam believed that we both had £250 each by the end of August.

You wouldn’t believe it. I have already gained that money through a random gift from my lovely Nan! She didn’t send £250 but she literally sent £200 for no reason. I am so grateful for her sending it. Now I just need to get that extra £50 to buy food in California, and treat myself because I can. Because I have The Secret. It is amazing. I have the biggest smile on my face!

I am now in the position to build bigger and better things so I will create a bucket list (things to do before I die) and use The Secret to do them.
