I graduated from a nice college and had a problem finding work for a whole year. I am overweight and a minority so I constantly put those thoughts in my mind and felt that I would be discriminated against.

I had interview after interview, followed by rejection after rejection. I even prayed very hard but clearly, God has given us the tools we need, The Secret.

I decided to watch The Secret movie over and over again. I hate to admit it, but I actually may have watched it a lot more than 30 times in a few days. It’s all I watched, day in, day out.

Finally, I had one interview in a company that I loved (Fortune 500). So I remembered that I should feel grateful, so I made a gratitude list. And I started to live as if I already got the job.

After the interview I printed out a “job offer” letter and believed that I had the job.

Four days later, I got offered the job and I am working there and making very good money under a wonderful boss.

So yes, The Secret definitely works. Our thoughts do attract things!
