I have two offices in Mumbai. I needed to borrow more funds for business operations. A bank agreed to fund me and asked for property documents. I submitted everything, and they sanctioned the loan. Before disbursement, they did a technical evaluation of our office building and asked me for two copies of the sanction plan approved by the local municipal corporation. The building is around 18 years old, and the person who constructed it died long ago; his son is running the show now.

I started calling and sending messages to the son to request copies of the sanction plan, but I did not receive a response.

I have read The Secret and have The Secret Super App on my mobile phone. I also maintain my daily Gratitude journal. I took out The Secret book from my small bookshelf at home, closed my eyes, and prayed to the Universe to show me a way out. Then I randomly opened the book, and it opened on page 80. This page talks about turbocharging what one wants. I wrote in my Gratitude journal that I am so happy and grateful now that I have received the copy of the sanctioned approved plan from the Builder’s office.

Within 30 minutes, my office called to say that we had received a copy of the sanction plan. It was an absolute miracle! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
