Hello all,
Today, I would like to share my personal story with you about how I used The Secret to change my life. I am 27 years old and working as an account executive for a local company where I live. Our offices were based in a shopping complex last year before we moved into the CBD in January. At the complex where I used to work, there was a store from which I liked getting my lunch if I did not pack a lunch box.
One cold morning, I felt like I needed to get a cup of coffee. I headed to the kitchen, but I found that we had run out of coffee, so I decided to quickly rush to the store and get a sachet of coffee. On my way to the till to pay for my purchase, I grabbed a leaflet that was in a shopping basket to read through as I stood in the queue. To my surprise, the coffee that I had just bought was one of the brands that you needed to buy to stand a chance to win a brand new car.
I quickly paid, filled in the leaflet, attached my slip, and put it in the drawer box. From then on, I made sure to buy those brands each day and entered the competition each time. Meanwhile, I would tell my colleagues that I would win the car. I told them this, as I am constantly reading The Secret to remind me how to manifest this dream of mine. I would constantly visualize myself driving the car when I saw it on display. I even went to Google it and made sure I had a good look at it so that I could visualize it in great detail.
Then, on one November evening, my husband and I went out to that shop but at a different location, and I bought yet another brand that would give me a chance to win the car. As I was about to fill in the leaflet with my details, I noticed that I did not have a pen. My husband did not believe in these kinds of things, but I told him that The Secret would help me win the car. So I asked him nicely to get me a pen from the car so I could fill in the leaflet and throw it in the box. He got the pen for me, and I filled my details in, threw the leaflet in the box, and then we went home.
Days and weeks passed by, and I did not feel the urge to fill in a leaflet, so I just left it as it was. I even forgot all about the competition.
On January 22nd, I got a call from the store telling me that I was the winner of a brand new Chevrolet Spark Lite, and I was so excited! I was so happy, I jumped and screamed in the office. I do not even know how to drive, but my husband is teaching me. I want to thank the writers of The Secret for helping me win this car.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
