I found out about The Secret from a friend who saw it on Oprah. I watched the movie on the secret.tv site. It completely amazed me! The next day I found the book at Target. Then I purchased the DVD and CDs. I listen to the CDs every day on my way to work.

The job that I have been working at for the past 4 years has really changed for the worst. Since the change in management, the moral of the staff members has dropped. The company does not promote from within so there is no place to move. I decided to put together a “Vision Board” of the things that I wanted in my life. Somehow the number “42” came to me. So I put that number on the board.

On April 11 2007 I printed a copy of the Universal Check and wrote $42,000.00 as the amount. The number “42” is constantly coming to me.

I have been looking for a new job for about 3 months. On Tuesday of this week I had my first interview with this really great company. Today, Friday, was my second interview. While I was driving home from the interview I received a call from the company with an offer for the position and a salary of $42,000. I was so excited. Not only did I get the job, but the Universal check was made out for my new salary. The date on the check was 4/11/07 and today’s date is 5/11/07. It took exactly 30 days for the universe to deliver me to a great new job with the number “42” included in the salary. I am so grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
