Hi…

Let me tell you something that I’ve experienced after living The Secret.

We have a cat who is a year old and is a part of our family. We are in the habit of leaving her outdoors as she doesn’t like being confined in the house and we want her to have her freedom. So whenever she’s hungry and has had enough of play, she comes home.

However, on 26th August 2013, my cat went out and didn’t return home. We were all very worried, but since she has been out for 2-3 days in a row previously, we were sure that she would return home the next day.

But she didn’t return for 3 days. We went searching in the garden for her everyday but to no avail. Bad images and thoughts started coming up in my mind, but I told myself to remain calm and visualize that she had come home and was waiting for us.

On the evening of 29th August, ’13, she came home and was in a very terrible state. Her leg had been crushed under something, maybe a bike or something heavy and she wasn’t able to walk at all, but she seemed relieved to be home.

I could thank God to no end that my baby had come home. Even though she was hurt, she’d come home. This meant that God had kept her alive for a reason. I still shudder to think how much pain she must have gone through while coming back home and how she must have climbed the stairs.

We took her to the vet immediately the next day and he told us in harsh words that her leg would gangrene and it would fall off itself or the remote possibility that she would recover. Her ear had also been bitten in a very horrible way and she had injuries all over her body. The image immediately manifested in our mind.

However, me and my sister decided that no matter what would happen, our cat would start running and playing again. We started looking at all the photos we had of her, her videos when she was playing. We applied the medicine on time everyday, even though it would hurt her and she would writhe in pain, talking to her and telling her that all would be fine. The doctor told us that it would take at least 2-3 months for her to recover fully.

Today, I’m very proud and happy to say that she’s fully fit and fine. She runs and plays around and has become as active as she was before. It hasn’t even been a month yet, and my baby is back to normal again.
