The Mind Is The Answer.
So I started off my day with me thinking that one of my friends was trying to be selfish. I was not happy with his attitude so no matter how much I tried to convince myself and forget about it and think good about him, I couldn’t. Sometimes it is out of our hands and I think that is okay. So then I had to travel to a place which was 40 minutes away. I decided to change my mood by listing out all the good I see. Believe it or not, I realised that there is definitely infinite things to be grateful for. I listed about 15 goods things and I was genuinely being grateful. After 40 minutes my mood changed and the way I looked at the situation also changed. We must just tell a tale to the mind and it will believe anything. So always feed it with good.
