My story may not seem as life changing or magical as some of the others, but The Secret has truly helped me in so many ways, and I am so thankful for it every day!

I used to be very self-conscious and extremely hard on myself! Despite what family and friends told me, I would find something wrong with every single body part (my skin, my bum, my legs…) and every single thing I did. I thought if I said this, that person wouldn’t like me and if I said that, this person wouldn’t like me, therefore I would never fully be myself around anyone and I just wouldn’t live life because I was afraid. I had an incredibly toxic relationship with myself; hating who I was and thinking I was unworthy of receiving anything good in life. I definitely used to think that my life was “in the stars”, and when I had a horrible day and it kept getting worse and worse that there was nothing I could do about it. That was until my Mom introduced me to The Secret.

Reading The Secret and watching the movie was absolutely incredible. I have never in my life felt such a feeling of joy. The realization that I can control my life as well as my happiness is amazing. I stopped focusing on everything that I don’t want (worrying that I won’t have enough money, that men won’t want to date me, that I’m horrible at my job, etc…) and started focusing on everything I could possibly want in my life. I used to be a chronic worrier; I worried about anything and everything. Ever since watching and reading The Secret I haven’t worried once, and nothing has ever been able to sway me from my worrying ways before! Visualizing myself in the situations I want to be in and living as if it’s already happened is truly life changing.

I now respect and love myself, find $20 and $50 bills on the ground on a regular basis, I don’t let anything change my mood – I remain on a high vibration of being grateful for everything, I have become great at my job and go on many dates with lots of wonderful men. Knowing that I deserve and can have anything I want in life is such a blessing, and I am so thankful to the people who have made The Secret public, and for my Mom introducing it to me. I love that I am a money magnet, that I’m great at my job now, and that I go on lots of date,s but this feeling happy every moment of every day – that is something else.
