I teach elementary students, which I have been doing for 20 years! I have had many memorable students, but one student in particular trusted and confided in me about his difficult home life. He was easily upset and often got in trouble. After earning his trust, he wanted to come to see me and check in with me multiple times a day. I was his go-to person. I worked with his other teachers so he knew he could take a break in my room as needed, which he did often.

During the Covid pandemic, he learned from home so I did not see him at school. He came back for his 5th grade year and then he went on to middle school where he currently is now. I have wondered how he was been doing and if I would see him again. I believed someday I would, but I let it go.

Today I had an unexpected visitor and it was that student! I was so grateful and surprised! He said he still had a picture I had given him and just felt like coming by to see me! It was amazing! I have been following The Secret to ask, believe, and receive! Thank you to the Universe for such a gift!
