I want to share my short story that I believe will help at least one person. I am just starting out believing, being grateful and seeing for myself the powers of the law of attraction and our thoughts have!

Simple story: One morning I woke up and decided I would run for one hour non-stop. That’s it. I have had this goal before but never completed it. I had still wanted to complete this goal. For me, walking comes easy, running did not. I could barely run 10 minutes without feeling like I was dying. My knees would always give out on me as well. So I listened to The Secret CD’s after I read a book called, “Happy For No Reason.” Both things spoke to me. So I decided to try it out. I guess I was not using The Secret the proper way because I tried to see if I could finally complete my goal and I didn’t. I ran and after 40 minutes, I felt like I nearly died so I stopped. Now I know I should have been grateful for even doing 40 minutes because before I could only do 10 minutes. Now I know.

So days went by and I think I was slowly losing my faith without even knowing it. A couple of weeks later, I walked into a Barnes and Noble and walked around and saw a section that drew me in. Long story short, I ended up buying The Magic and The Power along with some other books. I finished those books and this morning I decided to just do it. All I did was wake up, set my goal in my mind that I am doing it, that it is already done. I said “Thank you, thank you, thank you” with all my heart before starting my run. Then I started running and that was it! I did it! One whole hour. And after I was done I also did not feel like I was dying. I felt like it was a nice, short workout and I had even better energy, which shocked me. It felt effortless.
