I put my house up for sale on the 21st of May 2018. Houses by me are selling pretty fast at the moment and my house is very beautiful. I wanted my house to be sold within a week. As soon as my house went up for sale on the internet I was expecting a rush of viewers but I had non. I was worried that if I did not sell it soon I may never sell it because the market was moving that fast and I couldn’t understand why I had no interest. On the 28th of May I downloaded a picture of my estate agents sold board and I set it up as my screensaver on my phone.

On Thursday the 31st of May I had a message that said that someone was coming to view my house on Saturday the 2nd of June at 12 midday. The viewers came and they fell in love with my house. By 13:30 that same day they had offered the asking price and I accepted. This was because I had looked at the picture on my screensaver every day and I let it go knowing it was already sold. Today the young man buying my house sent me a message to say thank you for accepting his offer and he can’t wait to live in and love the house as we have. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
