Hi everyone! I wrote another story here but it hasn’t been published. The Secret has worked for me many times. I discovered the movie on Netflix in 2012 after my fiancé left me for his ex. After watching the movie, I also read “The Secret” and “The Magic.” “The Magic” exercises are amazing and work really well. I attracted my current boyfriend almost five years ago. I wrote a list of exactly what I wanted in a man and he came into my life. We’ve had our ups and downs. Whenever we fight, I start making a list of all of his good qualities and things get better. I always enjoy reading people’s stories here because they are inspirational, especially when I’m sad.

Last October I got laid off from my job after six years. I knew it was coming because me and my new manager didn’t get along. The only question was when was it going to happen? I ended up getting a package from the company and unemployment. I also had a car accident lawsuit that year and was paid $10,000 two months later. I had a lot of medical bills so most of the money was used for that and a new car. I began to have money problems so I asked God and the Universe for help. My electricity was going to be disconnected so I asked a local charity for help. They immediately paid my $200 bill. I was so happy and grateful for this! This happened in the summer so it would’ve been very hot without the air conditioner.

I started a new job in July. Everything was great until I had to have surgery two months later. I didn’t have $2,000 to pay for the surgery. My boyfriend paid this for me. I am so happy and grateful for him. I was struggling to pay bills again because I didn’t work for a month. I asked God and the Universe for help again. My job has a local charity that helps their employees pay bills so I applied for it. The company helped me pay my rent. I’m still catching up on bills because my job has been cutting my hours lately. I am hopeful I will get more help very soon from God and the Universe. I am so grateful for everything I’ve been helped with. No matter how hard things are, always have faith and believe good things are coming your way. It’s always OK in the end.
