In 2009 I was very stressed out because I needed to get a specific SAT mark to get this scholarship from the university I was going to. I had taken the test three times and I kept fluctuating 20 points, a score about 100 points lower than the score I needed.

A friend in my piano class started talking about The Secret one day. I got interested and so she decided to loan it to me. I was taken so aback by what I was reading. I could not believe that a tool existed to get what I wanted and that I had never known or been taught about it before. I decided to use it for my fourth SAT exam. I wrote the score I wanted on my white board and I felt all doubt drop away. I made it a point to look at my white board every single day and feel how relaxed I was, knowing it was going to come true. I picked up my SAT prep book one day and then put it down, realizing I did not need to study because I already had the score I wanted.

The day of my SATs, I woke up happy and cheerful, which was shocking in itself because I am not a morning person. My Dad drove me to the testing center. I received the instructions and testing packets and then I took the test, feeling like the answers were being shown to me by the Universe on the page for each question.

Two weeks later, I opened my mail to find the score I needed!
