People always wonder whether miracles do happen. I know they do. This is one small event that displays the universe’s inability to do anything except exactly what you tell it to do.

I have a friend that was recently going through some rough times. He does not understand the law of attraction (although after this event, he is more open to the possibilities). Anyway, I received a call from him and things had just come to a head, and he was basically having a nervous breakdown and threatening to kill himself. He told me that if I didn’t come and get him he wouldn’t live through the day. I knew that he had tried to kill himself before, and actually should have succeeded, so I knew he wasn’t kidding. The only problem was that he lived 650 miles away. I didn’t know any of his friend’s names, no-one to call but the police. I wanted to forget that step if I could, as it would have had an impact on his job had I taken that route.

I jumped into the car and endured call after call from him talking about how he was going to end it all. I knew if I could keep him on the phone, it would be good. Meanwhile, I was envisioning him smiling, happy, and laughing. With about 1 hour left in my trip, he hung up the phone after telling me that whatever I walked in on had nothing to do with our friendship, and not to blame myself in any way. I tried to call back repeatedly but each time the calls went straight to voice mail. I knew that there was nothing for me to do but change my thoughts and beliefs about the situation. I knew that I couldn’t change his situation, but I could change mine. I envisioned him curled up on the couch with an angel of white light lying next to him with its wings wrapped around him. As I saw this picture in my mind, I was calmed and even laughed a bit to myself that I even got so riled up. I felt calm and at peace.

He lives above a business in the town where he is, and it is generally very difficult to get a parking space close, so I just kept seeing the spot in front of the downstairs door empty and the angel protecting him. I arrived and drove past all of the parking filled with cars to my empty spot in front of his building. I let myself inside and when I found him, he was in the exact position that I had been seeing in my mind, and he was asleep, safe and sound.

He said that he didn’t remember turning off the phone or going to sleep but was glad he did as he was very serious. I explained the miracle that I experienced and he agreed that it was divine intervention that kept him alive that night. I actually think that he was more amazed that I got the parking spot where I did. He is fine now and daily more open to learning about the law of attraction.

It is far easier believing and expecting, knowing that outcomes are exactly what I believe they will be; having experienced a true miracle.
