My younger brother’s birthday was approaching, so I decided to gift him a ceramic mug shaped like a six-pack torso and a flexed muscular arm for a handle. He is a gym trainer and a fitness freak and this looked like the perfect gift. I ordered it from Amazon and paid for it online. I chose my office address as the delivery address. Before making the payment, the site provided the estimated delivery time to be within 3 to 5 days if I made an online payment. But after the payment I read the delivery time to be after 7 to 10 days. That time frame unfortunately coincided with a couple of days of leaves we had later this month. The office would be closed for 4 days in a row, so I decided to cancel my order and place it on a later date. The cancellation went smoothly and I even received the message of my refund. The refund was of Rs.600. It was supposed to be credited within 5 days from the date of the refund, but when that did not happen, obviously I got a bit worried. I did not want to go to my bank to deal with it because the procedure is long. So then I decided to use the LOA to get my 600 rupees back.

On the 7th day, I closed my eyes and started thinking about anything that makes me happy. Once I got into the happy groove, I visualised my bank account being credited with Rs. 600. I told myself that I do not need to worry about this, because I was going to get my money back, and that too within a day. I also told myself that after I get the money back, I would share my story on this site.

Guess what? I logged onto my bank account half an hour ago and voila! Rs. 600 was credited back into my account! It happened exactly like I had visualised and exactly within a day!

So I had to keep my word. I want to thank Rhonda Byrne for such a wonderful endeavor of bringing positivity into our lives.  I could not be more grateful. I hope to come here again to share some more LOA stories. Thank you.
