Let me start by sharing how much I love/admire Rod Stewart since I was at the age of 16. I am now 52 and go to his concerts when he comes to Sydney.

I initially set out to catch a soccer ball at the next concert. He generally kicks soccer balls to the crowd and at this point I haven’t had one come my way.

However, after listening to The Secret I too decided to take some inspired action. I bought a Kangaroo toy, attached my baking business card and threw it on stage.

What happened next?

He picked it up and sang with it for a few songs! Yes took many pictures that will last a lifetime. He told the crowd how much his son would love it. He even sniffed it as I sprayed it with perfume! He eventually passed it on to one of his singers who made eye contact with me and told me how much she loved the Kangaroo. She sat the kangaroo on her lap and was caressing it.

It gets better, this Kangaroo was placed in the centre of the stage for half of his show. Rod Stewart’s son came out to do a little duo together. After that his son grabbed the Kangaroo and left.

I have been using The Secret for years and just love reading these Secret Stories. I too wanted to share my story with you all one day and here it is. I used the inspired action and gave so much gratitude previous to the concert. Even though I had one specific intention, I truly feel my experience was the ultimate as no one else had thrown anything on stage. Had I not acted when I did, this outcome would not of happened. The memory and experience leaves me with a smile from ear to ear knowing how much Rod Stewart and his son loved my gift and the whole audience in the concert saw my little famous Kangaroo.
