I started reading The Secret at the end of October 2007. I started asking for the things I wanted in my life. I wanted to lost weight, but was tired of all the diets I have tried without success. My sister asked me to go on a diet with her, but I was not interested. I was like, “Yeeeh right, no thank you.” But in the mean time I visualized myself in a sexy shape, and asked for weight loss.

My sister had to wait 1 month for an appointment date. A day before her appointment she phoned me that she won’t be able to attend the doctor’s appointment, and asked if I could please go in her place. Not pleased with the idea, but loving my sister, I decided to go. She was afraid that she would not get another appointment in future if she canceled on short notice.

In just 3 months I have lost 10kg. And I am still going strong. I never realized that I have used the Secret to attract the success I am now experiencing. I feel good with myself. My sister in the mean time also started, and she looks so lovely and petite – the best she has looked in years. I am currently visualizing myself in a sexy dress for my birthday at the end of the year.

Parking is no problem – I ask for one in front of the buildings I have to go to. Sometimes I just have to wait, but it’s there. I have learned to be more specific.
