Quiet Your Mind
When I first began applying The Secret, I sometimes had trouble when it came to positive thinking. I didn’t have much success when trying to make the jump from feeling very negative to thinking happy thoughts.
This can be a difficulty, especially for some beginners who are not experienced in thinking positively at all.
That is why it is important for beginners to learn how to quiet their minds. The trick is just to close your eyes and focus on your breathing, not fighting your negativity, but simply letting it go.
It is much easier to think positively when you do it from a state of calm.
This helped me so much while I was still inexperienced! I hope this will be just as helpful to other beginners!
