I was going through a period of depression and decided to apply the Law of Attraction for immediate results. So I set my intention to go out and see things that would make me smile.

I went to the record store and the bookstore looking for music and journals that would make me smile. Then after some light shopping, I decided to see a movie, a comedy, and to get something to eat before the start of the show. I did not have much time, so I chose to eat at a casual “burger joint” because it was close to the theater, though I had never eaten there before. I placed my order for a burger and french fries, and when the waitress returns with my food, she grabs the ketchup bottle, aims it over an empty saucer, and squeezes out a red smiley face in ketchup!!

I was stunned and smiling from ear to ear. I asked the waitress why she drew the smiley face, and she said it was something they do for all their customers as part of the restaurant brand.

That small and immediate manifestation removed all doubt for me that the LOA is real, and that it does not need long periods of time to manifest.
