I have always wanted enough money to purchase my own island for a private getaway. About 12 months ago I noticed a 90 acre island for sale on the mid north coast, just 5 minutes from where I regularly holiday. I meet with the owner and inspected the island. I explained to him that I would need to sell my existing 108 acre farm some 40 minutes away to purchase his island… unless of course he was prepared to exchange my farm with a cash difference for settlement.

The owner declined and said he didn’t need any extra land – that’s why he was selling the island. Because I am unemployed and having a lot of time on my hands, I decided looking for some answers on the internet for money making ideas or business and I came across The Secret, started research, hired the DVD, started asking and thinking about the island. I downloaded just yesterday Private Islands and private Islands for sale and began reflecting on how good it would be to own your own holiday island.

About an hour ago the owner rang me and said he was going through the old files on the people interested in buying his island and saw my name and remembered the deal I put to him and is now interested in doing the deal I’d put to him 12 months ago.

Is this the Secret at work or a massive coincidence? This my first attempt, so I’m now working on the 20 Million I want, you be the judge.
