We have owned an office for eight years, and it has been vacant for the past five years. Over the last two years, we eagerly showed it to potential tenants, hoping someone would be interested in renting it. Last year, a tenant moved in, but unfortunately, they eventually left.

This situation was upsetting, but I decided to take a break and reassess things. This time, the process felt effortless. I expressed gratitude in advance for the outcome.

I can hardly believe it as I write this, but I put in very little effort during this entire journey. A couple expressed interest in the office, and rather than feeling desperate, I felt more confident this time. They ultimately decided to rent it, and I am confident they will continue to rent it for the next three years! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
