Since I was a little girl I suffered from being overweight. When I was 19 I decided to get myself together and started a treatment with a nutritionist. During 9 month of treatment I managed to lose 12 kg. Then I got stuck. Although I tried eating less (almost nothing) and working out more, I didn’t lose any more weight. I was stuck on 60 kg. At that point THE SECRET came into my life. I read the book and got inspired immediately, watched the movie and believed it even more. I decided to use it to get my perfect weight.

I told myself that I could eat whatever I want and how much I want, have my perfect body and weight and lose 1 kg every night in my sleep. I even wrote that sentence every day on my calendar with “1 kg” next to it. Every night when I went to sleep I imagined my self loosing 1 kg during the night. I printed out pictures of women with a skinny body like I wanted to have and wrote “50 kg” on each one of them. I hung them in my bedroom in front of my bed and looked at them every morning. I tried to feel that skinny, to be that skinny. I imagined my self in my perfect weight every day and felt happy about it.

I decided to have a dinner party with my friends in two weeks to celebrate my perfect weight (even thought I didn’t have it yet). I bought groceries for the meal and I bought a dress for the party in the size I wanted to wear and hung it in my closet. I imagined myself at the party as skinny as I wanted to be in my tiny new dress and felt amazing about it. I knew it was going to happen. And it happened.

I am now in my perfect weight 50 kg, eating everything I want and feeling wonderful. Thank you Rhonda and The Secret team.
