For years I had struggled with my weight. Whenever I looked in the mirror I would feel ugly and ashamed. After reading The Secret I realized I needed to start thinking positive thoughts about myself. So I did! Whenever I ate anything, I would remind myself that I weigh 116.2lbs (even though I didnt at the time) and every morning I would tell myself that I am so thankful for my perfect weight and I would send love to myself and everyone around me. The weight just came off! In a matter of a few weeks I went from 125lbs to 116.2lbs exactly! I love my body and I am truly happy.
