In 2010, not long after being married I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovaries). I was completely distraught as I was trying to get pregnant. Aside from my recent PCOS diagnosis I was also suffering from one illness after another.

After 6 months of affirmations, positive thinking and focusing on what I wanted I was no longer getting sick all the time and my only concern was my fertility and PCOS. Today, I just returned from the Dr’s to be told that my PCOS has practically disappeared and that 99% of all the cysts have gone and that the very few left are minuscule in size. It is a miracle!

I have never been happier and believe that all illnesses can be reversed if we work on the mind first. Aside from working on the mind the only other thing I did was some acupuncture and vitamin supplements. When I saw the doctor today she was amazed by the scan and shocked to hear that I hadn’t taken the drugs; glucophage and clomid she told me to take. She told me that most people, if they don’t take the drugs get worse with more symptoms, not better like me.

I am now optimistic and hopefully that I can write another testimonial shortly to let you know that I’m pregnant – but for now, the fact that I am PCOS free is enough evidence that healing the mind first results in healing in the body.
