Notice The Little Things!

UKBecoming mentally stronger every day.
This is my second story here but I wanted to share these victories that happened after a very low period in my life.
Here in the UK, I am classed as a key worker, not a health worker but I still have had to come into the office day in and day out. We’ve worked like dogs since March and my mental health has been progressively getting worse. I ended up out sick with daily panic attacks, stress, anxiety, and depression. I had three weeks off, rebuilt myself, and went back to work. Whilst I was off, I started scripting. I wrote small paragraphs about certain areas of my life and I wrote it as if it had already happened. I wrote, “My skin is beautifully clear, bright and radiant and the skin under my eyes is bright and full of positive energy.”
I saw my mum a few days ago and the first thing she said was how well I looked, how my eyes looked so bright and I looked really good! This brought a huge smile to my face!
Another thing I wrote was, “I am working from home and have done so since the 11th of January, 2021.”
Although I went back to the office on this day and had to remain in the office, two days later I got a call from my line manager. I was told that as of next Wednesday I can collect a home kit and can work from home!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I am confident in my abilities and although I am receiving treatment for my anxiety and panic attacks, I feel more positive and stronger every day. Thank you to The Secret and for everyone who has shared their stories here. When I was losing hope I always read them and found inspiration! Bring on 2021!
