I wanted to share this story with my Secret family.

I selected a book from the library on 1/16/2008 entitled The Secret. As I started to read this book the information that it contained moved me to the point that I believed the contents. Throughout the book it talked about people that wanted to test it out, just to see if it worked. One guy chose a feather, others the perfect parking space. I wanted something simple, but at the same time not simple. I asked for a Snicker’s bar, and this special Snicker’s bar would have dark chocolate that I hate (no one really knows that I hate dark chocolate). I also asked that the person that would give it to me would be the person that loves me the most. Also in the book it said to ask once and then give thanks for it. I thought about that candy bar for a couple of days. I didn’t get. I didn’t say to myself this doesn’t work, I said it’s on the way.

It wasn’t until 2/03/08 that my husband went to the gas station, and when he returned he came into our bedroom and said, I bought you a snickers bar. It was a new limited edition snickers called “Charged”.

My mouth fell open and I just looked at him with my hand out, Then I said, is this for me? He said yes, and I started screaming over and over again NO WAY! He thought I had lost my mind until I explained why I was so happy. Needless to say he didn’t believe me until I sat him down and told him all about “The Secret”. I am just freaked out about this – I couldn’t sleep that night!
