I’ve been brought up in a way that we have to be grateful to what we have … or we have to say thankyou a lot to God.

Now i’ve done that… I’d say Thankyou to God but rarely I’d feel the feeling of gratitude. I thought it’s just the saying without the feeling.

After watching the secret… I started feeling the feeling of gratitude for every thing around me and I would never let anything to change my mood.

Now I am known for my period pain. it lasts for two whole days .. 48 hours… I’d take every 4 hours pain killers , and sometimes i’d end up in a hospital for injection.

My last period pain ( which was after watching The Secret and feeling the feeling of gratitude) lasted for 3 hours only.. which means i only took 1 pain killer and thats it !

How ?? I dont know … but I’m sure it was because of feeling grateful for what I have.
