I’ve been the type of person who complains a lot! Whether it’s the food my mom serves on the table or the things that life has been giving me.

One day my mom brought home a book I never thought was going to change me. It was “The Secret.” I was intrigued and so I started reading it. The book got a hold of me and I finished reading it within just a day!

I started applying it and boy was I completely changed!

I first started with visualizing little things, like the feather! I visualized a pinkish feather and kept looking at my hand as if it was already there. I did it everyday, and after just a week, while giving my dog a walk at a campsite, I looked down and guess what! I saw the pinkish feather!! I was elated at that moment and was just dancing in awe and told myself, “I now know The Secret!!!”

The following day, I was running out of finances but I told myself I was a money magnet and that my wallet will never run out of cash. I then visualized a folded 500 peso bill handed out to me.

I came home from a youth camp all drained yet believing that the day wasn’t going to end without cash filling my wallet. My mom opened the door for me and told me, “the church thought you deserve this for the great choir presentation,” then handed me a folded 500 peso bill!! Just the way I visualized it!!! I just looked at my mom and I was speechless!
