Never Stop Asking And Believing.

Mosselbay South AfricaI am 53 yours young and currently working in Dubai in UAE. I am married to my wife Ronell and have been married for 30 years. We have 3 sons who completed studies and are working. We are a very close family even if we are so far apart. We have daily contact with each other. My family is my life, my pride and my wealth.
My father could not financially support any of his children for studying after they completing high school. I was forced into the Air Force and into a direction which was not in my vision. I hated every single day of the six years, but my vision was still there to study civil and architectural engineering. Salaries way back then were terrible and I got married and had hardly enough to support me and my wife, so there was no money for any studies. I still had my vision and I dreamed about the last day to come to get out of this jail I was in that kept me from getting on with my life. It finally came and guess what? I walked right into a job in the civil street in the career direction which I visioned and without any qualification.
We moved closer to our family and the opportunity and better salaries supported us and we had our first boy. I started to study part time and worked till late at nights to fulfill my vision and slowly but surely, I completed studies and climbed the ladder. I had some ups and downs and I made silly mistakes which set us back for a while, but I never looked back on my mistakes. I just kept on pushing and made the best of it. I stood up with pride and faced life. Eventually we had three boys and we were living a good life, but still financially, I did not have enough. I still visioned a better life for us financially. I was worried about my boy’s future and for me to be able to support them to go study and to get the start in life which I never had.
I kept on visioning and dreamed of an opportunity which would open doors for me. I was constantly seeking for an opportunity as well, and it came. I received a call from out of nowhere on my CV I had send out to several companies. I was given an opportunity to go work in North Africa with my family. Wow, what a blessing it was. Then one day my sister talked about to me this book “The Secret”, and on a visit to South Africa I bought it and read it. It changed my life 180 degrees. I asked and I believed and I received.
Then one job offer after the other rolled in and the salaries kept on increasing. I have put all three of my boys through University. I supported them with whatever they needed. I bought them each a car with cash. We have a fantastic 6 bedroom house overlooking the ocean. I furthered my studies and recently secured a Director’s position. Our life is great. I have never stopped visioning, asking, believing and receiving.
I am so thankful for everything we as a family have. I want to support my boys further and their families as much as I can. I signed myself a Secret Cheque for 1 million USD and I asked and I believe. Recently I lost all our savings through a poor financial decision. However, my bank account has grown again and is still growing, and I asked and I believe that I will get all the savings back in plural, plus my 1 million USD. I am so grateful for everything. Life is great !!!! See this space for an update.
