I’m a big believer of the Law of Attraction and have seen many a thing come true in my life. However, these were experiences I asked for myself or my parents asked for me (to share one of the many miracles: a loving husband – I got one that fitted the bill exactly! Every little desire we’d put out was met – he has every quality and attribute we’d imagined). However, these blessings manifested in their own time. So yes, I have been blessed by this Law even before I knew or read about it. Ever since this knowledge came into my life, I became an even more firm believer. Nonetheless, as time passes doubts creep in. Or, let me put it this way – doubts don’t creep in but somewhere the enthusiasm starts waning. To rebuild and reaffirm the same, I often go to the The Secret’s website and read experiences posted by people.

Today when I did the same I thought – well, things have always happened for me and my family, but then I have never asked for and seen a ‘quick’ manifestation as several of these stories mention! Like you ask for something and lo! it is delivered! Well, I thought – hesitatingly, at first – how nice it would be if my husband gives me flowers today!!! The chance of this is very minimal (near nil!) as we always buy fresh flowers together – once every ten days – for the house. We have a regular/favorite shop (at the other end of the town) we go to, on specific days. We’d just done our flower shopping five days ago! I don’t even know what made me think of this wish; it is not as if I had a huge craving for the same! Or, that I wanted to ‘check out’ the Law of Attraction! Nothing of that sort – just a sudden desire for a quick blessing from The Powers Above in this form.

Then, like every day, I wrote in my gratitude journal (among the many things I am thankful for, I sincerely thank the Universe – every single day – for my awesome, very loving, very caring husband). I went about my day as usual, totally forgetting I’d asked the Universe to send me flowers through my husband. He came back from work; as pre-decided we were to go out for an errand just two blocks from where we live. I was all set to go with him when I randomly suggested he go about this errand while I start preparing dinner so we can eat and retire early for the night. When he came back in about half an hour what do I see in his hands – a lovely bunch of pink, Calla Lilies!!! I was stumped, speechless and had tears of joy…… It felt great to feel the rush of emotions when you are cradled by the loving joy of knowing that ‘Yes, the Universe does deliver’!!! I’d asked for this experience today, I’d asked for my husband to get me flowers – and I got them! Oh! did I mention – this is the first time in four years of us being together that husband dear has bought flowers for me of his own volition!!!! Pure joy…. sheer bliss – that is what the Universe gives to its believers!
