The Secret was mentioned to me the first time by my uncle. The moment he told me about this power that the universe has for EACH one of us, I was thrilled by the idea of it. I love the way the book has allowed each one of us to Ask from the universe for whatever we want.

I started reading the book… meanwhile, there were many things going around in my life. My mum is a single parent, and I was in the 10th grade. She was working and could hardly give me time or keep a check on my studies. I never really liked studying. I tried to use The Secret and kept on telling myself that I will do really well in my exams. I even printed out 85% and put it everywhere around my room. I never really knew how it would happen, but every morning when I would wake up and see 85% I would feel an energy within me.

I still have got no idea how it happened, but I remember the day the results came. I was scared. My mum came early that day from the office to check my percentage online… the results came at 11.30am, and it was 11.35. The site was jammed. I was nervous. I opened my Facebook account to see if my friends had posted their results. The first post that came was from a guy from my class who never scored less than 90 in any subject. He said he got 84%. My spirits fell. I asked my mum to go out and that I would cal her once the site was accessible. It was 10 minutes to 12 and the site opened. My fingers were dreading to hit the ‘check result’ button, but I managed. And there it was!! I managed to get full 85%!! I STILL HAVE NO IDEA HOW IT HAPPENED, BUT I HAD AN ANSWER TO WHO DID IT… IT WAS THE UNIVERSE! 🙂 Now I wish I had manifested and printed out 95% instead. As The Secret says, it is as easy to get a million dollars as to get one dollar… you only need to feel it coming to you.
