I have always considered myself to be the Universe’s special child.

I have seen how benevolent and generous the Universe is! Yet every time I find myself equally amazed and grateful as I was the first time I was blessed by the Universe.

My biggest gift until now has been my job. I post graduated in Economics a couple of years back and alongside I also completed a diploma course in Yogic Science. Since then I have been on small part time jobs, but never a full fledged working professional as I had always dreamed of being. Both my parents are bankers with reputed banks and I always wanted to be like them since childhood.

Three years into graduation with part time jobs, one day my friend’s father told me about a government bank that had requested applications for vacancies. I quit my present job to prepare for the written exam. I started with whatever study material I had. One month later I joined preparatory classes. I always believed that I was a future employee in this bank. Whenever I would see a branch I would tell the person accompanying me that I would be joining it soon! I knew that I had already received it!

I always visualized myself wearing the Bank ID and calling and telling my family and friends that I was selected!

Three months after appearing for the written exam, I received a message on my mobile that I have been short-listed for an interview.

There were total 10, 00,000 candidates for the written exam itself!! And still I was short-listed in my first attempt. Normally it takes multiple attempts to crack it.

After I was short-listed I printed a few cards with the bank logo and my name and designation on it. I also printed out an appointment letter. I would look at these each day and be grateful for such an amazing opportunity!

And guess what?

I got the job!

Wow! It was superb!

Also I always wanted to go abroad, not to study but to work! And my Bank gives ample opportunities to go abroad! So my next target will be to stay in a foreign country on business!
