Thank you so much to Rhonda and The Secret Team – you have changed my life!

I was first told about The Secret by an old college tutor of mine, who I still bump into from time to time in the town where I live. Turned out to be the best book I ever bought!! It has brought so many great things into my life. Great experiences, great friends etc. It has also given me hope!

The one thing i have always wanted to do, since I was in my teens is go to New York. I can’t even tell you how much I wanted to go – but unknowingly, I was making it impossible for myself. I would say things to myself like “I will never see new York, I will never be able to afford to go” etc. All these negative thoughts were making sure that I didn’t go! It was only when I read The Secret and then The Power, that I realised what I was doing wrong. I decided I was DEFINATELY going to New York.

Only last week I decided to make a vision board, made up of pictures of NY, Times Square etc, and I cut out pictures of me and stuck them on too. I pictured myself there, eating out, drinking cocktails with friends, standing on the Brooklyn Bridge and I was thankful for these things. Then yesterday, while talking to my Mum about all the things I wished I had done in my 20’s, including visiting New York, she told me, “I am receiving a payout from an insurance policy in two months time and I’m giving both you and your sister a sum of money from it. It will take you to New York!” I couldn’t believe my ears! I was so happy I cried!! It just goes to show that positive thinking, vision boards and gratitude really work. Ask, believe, receive!

I am so much happier in myself and grateful for everything in my life since reading these books. Thank you! 🙂
