I read The Secret a few days ago. Even though I’ve been swamped with work and life in general I couldn’t put it down, and finished it in one evening.

Two days later, after 10 months of sleepless nights, my baby slept through the night for the FIRST time!

Because I started to believe that he would.

Just as I believe that his congenital heart defect is cured, and that at our next doctor’s appointment his results will be PERFECTLY normal.

Just as I believe that I can now eat whatever I want, whatever feels good, and still lose weight. Until I reach my goal weight of 56kg.

Just as I believe that my marriage is improving on all levels.

Just as I believe that by tomorrow, my husband will get that huge account which he has been hoping for and our lives will be improved for the better as a result.

I am so happy and grateful for all that I have, for the love I feel for my gorgeous baby, my beautiful husband and my loving and generous family.

I am so happy and grateful for the new life that I am creating.
