I work in the middle of the city, while I live in the far west side of the city. Every day I must take the bus and it takes me 2 hours to get my office. It’s really a struggle for me and any one of us, as the bus is sometimes late. And quite often the bus is very full with so many people in it. Even though the bus is full, the driver still allows the people to get in with the consequence that we must stand up in the bus. Can you imagine if we have to stand up for that long? But, since I read The Secret I always visualize that I get the nice bus, with empty seats waiting for me. I always vusalize how the interior of the bus, the color of the curtain, the leather seat, how the co-driver addresses me, asking for the ticket etc. And to my surprise it often works (though it is NOT always). Because when it is not working, I think that I am not fully engaged with my mind and feeling. So from now on, I always train my mind and remember to be more engaged with what I visualize about.
